ESF Plus project “Measures for inclusive employment” Nr. 4.3.3.2/1/24/I/002
The measure “measures for adapting workplaces for employed persons with disabilities at risk of unemployment” (hereinafter - measure) shall be organised and implemented by the State Employment Agency (hereinafter - sea) in co-operation with the provider of occupational therapist services, ensuring the service of occupational therapist to the employer - merchant and individual undertaking in order to adapt the workplace, if necessary, to an employed person with disability.
Objective of the measure:
Provision of workplaces for employed persons with disabilities with the service of an egrotherapist and adaptation of workplaces in conformity with the opinion of an occupational therapist in order to promote the preservation of the working capacity of employed persons with a disability, to prevent the risk of unemployment occurrence in a preventive manner and to promote the preservation of a sustainable workplace.
Employers who can apply for the Measure:
- Individual merchants;
- Commercial companies.
Financial support to the employer for the implementation of the Measure:
One-off grant for the purchase, supply and installation of equipment, equipment and technical aids to adapt workplaces for workers with disabilities at risk of unemployment. The grant shall be granted in accordance with the opinion of the occupational therapist and the workplace adjustment estimate submitted by the employer, up to EUR 1000 for the adaptation of one workplace.
The grant is granted to the employer within the framework of Commission Regulations No 2023/2831 and 717/2014 (de minimis aid).
Applications for de minimis aid under Regulation 1408/2013 are not accepted.
How can an employer apply for the Measure?

- A completed application must be signed with a secure electronic signature and sent to the official e-address of the NVA.

- The SEA active Employment measures Commission shall examine the application of the employer and take a decision to support or refuse the implementation of the measure to the employer.

- The employer shall be informed in writing of the decision taken by the Commission. If the decision of the Commission is positive, the employer shall be invited to enter into a contract with the NVA regarding the implementation of the measure within 10 working days from the day of coming into force of the decision of the Commission.
The Commission shall evaluate the applications submitted by the applicants in accordance with the order “on the choice of the performers of active employment measures”.
