Measures to Facilitate Start-up of Business Activities and Self-employment
The aim the measure is to provide consultative and financial support measures helping to start business activities or self-employment and successfully work in the chosen field at least 2 years.
Eligible participants:
SEA clients who have been granted status of unemployed and who have expressed a desire to start a business or self-employment.
Participants are involved in the measure based on the order of their applications are registered in.
While participating in the measure, the participiants:
- participate in an online webinar on the basic conditions for running a successful business;
- present their business idea to experts online;
Based on expert evaluation participiants continue or stop their participation in the measure
- receive consultations on drafting and developing a business plan;
- submit the business plan to SEA;
- present the business plan to experts online;
Based on expert evaluation participiants continue or stop their participation in the measure
- sign a contract with SEA to recive support to start business activities or self-employment
- register economic activity;
- receive a business grant;
- receive consultation during the first year of operations;
- continue operations for no less than two years, in accordance to the business plan;
- ensure that the necessary information is submitted to the SEA or to experts for monitoring the business plan.
