The funding granted by the State Employment Agency to promoters of active employment measures is state aid (hereinafter – de minimis aid) granted in accordance with the following Regulations:

  • Commission Regulation (EU) No. 2023/2831 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty to de minimis aid;
  • Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1408/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid in the agriculture sector;
  • Commission Regulation (EU) No. 717/2014 of 27 June 2014 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid in the fishery and aquaculture sector.

De minimis aid is granted within the following active employment measures:

  • Measures for certain groups of people
  • Practical training with an employer
  • Development of skills necessary for employment
  • Measures for starting a business or self-employment
  • Measures for the employment of unemployed persons with disabilities for an indefinite period
  • Practical training with the employer, with the involvement of sector associations
  • Aid for regional mobility for employers

The granting of de minimis aid is the date of entry into force of the agreement on the implementation of the active employment measure.
