PROJECT OBJECTIVE |
The project aims to improve access to informational support measures for workers, the unemployed, job seekers and employers, by providing support for job-search assistance and legal employment relations (EU/EEA), by organizing and implementing at least 800 informative EURES measures. |

PROJECT ACTIVITIES |
Within the project, the following measures will be implemented: seminars, discussions, meetings, thematic lectures, information days, counseling, job and career fairs, vacancy fairs, provided support through recruitment, etc. for job seekers, employers and partners to provide information on available vacancies in Latvia and in Europe, living and working conditions, administrative procedures, the vacancy registration process, the traveling of workers, labor demand and supply, the possibilities for joint work together, and to identify the actual needs of both national and international level; EURES meetings and conferences with international partners and SEA staff on EURES communication strategy and unified service standards; EURES adviser participation in working groups, experience exchange seminars, training and informative seminars for SEA employees; development and manufacturing of informative materials (booklets, fact sheets, etc.). |
